I had the pleasure to explore Puglia and enjoy this Mediterranean experience from an award-winning and internationally recognized culinary nutritionist who has carefully curated this culinary and cultural tour. From the moment the olive is picked to when liquid green oil is extracted and how to select the best olive oil, we witnessed the process and learned from experts. We participated in culinary activities and visited farms, fish markets and UNESCO world heritage sites and learned how culture, history and geography are all intertwined.
