Layne‘s Italian tours are simply amazing!

Layne‘s Italian tours are simply amazing! The Amalfi Coast tour was my second tour with Layne. It is evident how much time and attention she puts into every detail of the day-to-day activities and curriculum. Layne orchestrates an authentic and one-of-a-kind culinary travel experience for Dietitians and Health Care Professionals. The Amalfi tour was a wonderful blend of hands-on kitchen immersion of food prepping and cooking, along with sightseeing and adventures! When in the kitchen, we made ravioli, pizza, stuffed roasted peppers, squid and more! There was plenty of time out of the kitchen, too, and we were able to enjoy lunch at a winery and experience dining at a 5 Star Michelin restaurant. My favorite activities were venturing to a local farm and experiencing a lively cheese making demonstration and taking a ferry to the island of Capri, to shop, eat, and soak up the sun. In addition to the gastronomic adventures and culturally sensitive experiences, it provided a unique bonding experience for the group members and opportunities for lots (and lots) of laughter!  Layne gets to know all the participants and even gives an Italian name that aligns with their personality.  Everyone feels at home and welcome on her tours.  I can’t wait to go on another tour with Layne!
