Eye-opening book!

This book has been so incredibly eye-opening! I come from a family with notoriously poor health and I have no desire to follow in their footsteps. I owe it to myself, and my daughter, to live a long and healthy life and I’m so grateful that the author has shared her knowledge and research for everyone to read. She went to great lengths to make sure the information she is providing is relevant and accurate and it shows.
