Mediterranean Cooking School by Layne Lieberman was great! The facility, program, chefs, personnel and other dietitians were really top of their game.  I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking and wants to see how the Italians grow and prepare practically everything from their gardens, farms and waters.  This practice generates true nutritional sustenance for all.
