“The way I learned to cook will have changed the way I eat for the better” Amalfi 2022 Culinary Tour

I joined his trip knowing that it was for professionals. I was fully expecting times where the Curriculum was going to be uninteresting. This couldn’t have been farther from the truth. I loved everything about the trip including the educational parts. Everything was either fun or interesting or both! The way I learned to cook will have changed the way I eat for the better. Everyone on the trip was also wonderful company. Layne knows how to select like-minded kind people. I thoroughly enjoyed this culinary trip and would recommend it highly!
