After a recent trip to Japan, I appreciate this IMAGE about Sushi Etiquette. Especially, the one that says NEVER rub your chopsticks to remove splinters. It’s rude, and a good sushi bar would not offer chopsticks of a low quality. My ex-husband always did this and it drove me crazy!<\/p>\n
